Located in a historic storefront in the heart of Paris’s 10th arrondissement, Diduenjoy is a place of trust. Our roots go beyond our address; they reflect our mindset. We take a craftsman approach to technology, where every client is has a voice and a dedicated point of contact.
What has guided us since day one.
The story of Diduenjoy began in 2010. We, Alexis and Louis, were working at Groupon during its rapid growth, where we saw firsthand how “customer centricity” was talked about by everyone, but rarely translated into real action.
We realized that while technology made data collection easier than ever, it often created more noise than clarity. Our mission became clear: not to add to the noise, but to structure the Voice of the Customer so it delivers real insights. We decided to build Diduenjoy differently. Instead of chasing fast growth, we focused on precision, care, and thoughtful development. This approach naturally attracted brands that share our value, especially in luxury, where customer experience is critical.
Since 2014, we’ve been fully self-funded. This independence allows us to make decisions based solely on what’s best for our clients - free from outside pressure or growth targets.
Today, that independence still guides us and allows us to stay true to our ambition: giving brands effective tools to truly understand and connect with their customers.
